Wolfgang's first cria are holding their own in the show ring! We are excited to see the consistency that Wolfgang is producing improved fleece, conformation, density, and phenotype. Wolfgang is throwing true black and darkening the dam. He is consistently improving the dam. We especially like the robust general health, large strong straight bone structure, highly developed fleece with micro bundling, density, and gorgeous phenotype complete with full face coverage.
Genetic testing done on Wolfgang revealed that his color genotype is: EEaa which means he does not carry the dilution gene and both of his alleles are black. Wolfgang most likely will not produce light offspring and all of his offspring will cover black. We are excited to have this information to assist in our breeding decisions.
