Every once in a while, you are blessed with a special cria. Quinn is one of those for us. This female is sweet. She is gorgeous. Quinn is the picture of what I imagine when breeding Kodiak. She is a female version of her sire.
At Quinn's debut in the show ring, she brought home four Champion banners and the coveted Judge's Choice Award from Amanda VandenBosch.
Quinn combines Kodiak and McKenzi, both multiple-color champions. Enjoy the journey, well it has been a journey over several years with too many losses. Patience is a virtue, so here we are with our first cria from Quinn. She was worth the wait. This true black female was born with tight highly organized crimp on day one. This organization is consistent around her belly and to her knees. Her phenotype is beautiful with full face coverage and a little beard. Her coloring is true black with no contamination. So the journey continues. With God's blessings we will repeat this pairing for next year.
